Shipping policy
Shipping Costs
International shipments are handled by DHL courier and shipments within Italy by BRT, with the following costs:

In-store pickup: free of charge

Italy: free shipping for orders over €150; otherwise €5.99

EU Countries / United Kingdom: €25

Non-EU European Countries: €30
Any customs duties are always the responsibility of the customer.
Product Availability
Once the order is received, we always proceed with checking the availability and quality of the ordered items. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order is being processed.
If the items are unavailable or do not meet quality standards, the customer will be promptly notified and offered possible alternative items.
As an authorized retailer of all brands featured on our website, we guarantee the authenticity of every item.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 48 business hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
The customer will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment status. In case of delays caused by customs offices, the customer will be contacted by the courier or our Customer Service team.
In Italy, the courier does not operate on the following public holidays:

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times from the shipping date are as follows:

Italy: 1–2 business days (from the time the courier takes charge of the shipment)

Europe: 2–6 business days

Rest of the World: 3–7 business days
Order Delivery
If the customer is absent, the courier is required to make two delivery attempts on consecutive days.
After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the customer may contact the courier’s Customer Service to schedule a specific delivery appointment.
Upon receiving the goods, the customer is kindly requested to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery.
If for any reason the package appears tampered with or the sealing tape is not intact, the customer is requested to sign “with reservation” or refuse the delivery.
The customer undertakes to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
Taxes and duties are always the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the courier upon delivery of the package.
