Shipping fees

Shipments are made all over the world by DHL courier and in Italy by GLS. Shipping is charged to the customer with the following costs:
Pickup in STORE: Free
ITALY: 8€ - FREE for orders over 300€
CEE COUNTRIES/United Kingdom: 25€
NON-EEC EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: 30€
USA and CANADA: €35
Rest of the World: €50
Any customs duties are always charged to the customer.

Availability of Products

Once the order has been received, we always proceed to check the availability and quality of the items ordered. The customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order being processed.
If the items are not available or do not conform to the quality, the customer will be promptly notified and any alternative items will be offered.
As an authorized reseller of all the brands on the site, we guarantee the authenticity of each item.

Fulfillment of Orders

Orders will be processed within 48 working hours. Those made over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
The customer will receive an e-mail with the tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment. In case of delays caused by the customs offices, the customer will be contacted by the courier or by our Customer Service.
In Italy the following days are public holidays and the courier does not ship:
January 1st
6 Janaury
Easter and Easter Monday
25 April
May 1
June 2nd
August 15th
November 1st
25 and 26 December

Delivery time

The estimated times for delivery from the date of shipment are as follows:
Italy: 1-2 working days (Taking care of the courier)
Europe: 2-6 business days
Rest of the World: 3-7 business days

Delivery of the Order

In case of absence of the customer, the courier is required to make two delivery attempts in successive days.
After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the customer can contact the courier's Customer Service to arrange a specific delivery appointment.
Upon arrival of the goods, the customer is requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing the signature as proof of delivery.
If for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign with reserve or to refuse the delivery.
The customer undertakes to accept delivery of his package. If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
Taxes and duties are always charged to the customer and must be paid to the courier upon delivery of the package.
