Shipments are made worldwide via DHL courier and in Italy via BRT. Shipping is paid by the customer with the following costs:
Collection in STORE: free
ITALY: €8 - FREE for orders over €300
CEE COUNTRIES/United Kingdom: €25
NON-EEC EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: €30
USA and CANADA: €35
Rest of the World: €50
Any customs charges are always the responsibility of the customer.
Once the order has been received, we always proceed to check the availability and quality of the items ordered. The customer will receive a confirmation via email of the order being processed.
If the items are not available or do not conform to the quality, the customer will be notified promptly and any alternative items will be offered.
As an authorized reseller of all the brands on the site, we guarantee the authenticity of each item.
Orders will be processed within 48 working hours. Those made over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
The customer will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment. In case of delays caused by customs offices, the customer will be contacted by the courier or by our Customer Service.
In Italy the following days are holidays and the courier does not ship:
Easter and Easter Monday
25 and 26 December
Estimated delivery times from the shipping date are as follows:
Italy: 1-2 working days (Taking charge of the courier)
Europe: 2-6 working days
Rest of the World: 3-7 working days
Delivery of the Order
In the event of the customer's absence, the courier is required to make two delivery attempts on subsequent days.
After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the customer can contact the courier's Customer Service to schedule a specific delivery appointment.
Upon arrival of the goods, the customer is asked to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery.
If for any reason, the packaging appears to have been tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign with reserve or refuse the delivery.
The customer undertakes to accept delivery of his package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
Taxes and duties are always the responsibility of the customer and will be paid to the courier upon delivery of the package.
