The customer can return what he purchased to us within 14 days of placing the order. To take advantage of the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send a request via email to info@parisricci.com or WhatsApp to +393669643269, specifying the name of the person who placed the order, the number and the date.
The customer will receive an email containing return instructions.

Return is free only in case of size/goods change.

By refund, the return has a cost of 8 € , which will be deducted from the price of the returned item(s). It is also possible to choose the issue of a voucher valid 6 months from the date of activation, in this case the return will have no cost and the amount of the voucher will be equal to the amount of the returned product. Any shipping costs or customs charges/taxes are not included in the refund.

The product to be returned must be received at our premises no later than 14 days after receipt of the order. After this deadline, we do not guarantee acceptance of the return.

Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories received with the order Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box.

In addition, the customer must fill out the return form and place it inside the package.

In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise, or mistakes are made on our part, we will bear the cost of shipping the merchandise back to our warehouses.

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing a return for defective merchandise.
